What we want is HAPPY customers! Therefore, if for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service from us then we will happily offer you a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of your delivery either via email or telephone, you MUST then be issued with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number BEFORE you can send your goods back to us. Upon receipt of this RMA number, you have a further 7 days to get the goods to us at your own expense. **Any goods sent back without a valid RMA number will delay the refunds process.** Upon receiving the item(s) back, we will check it and issue a full refund providing the item is unopened and "as new" (excluding P&P).
Goods Damaged in Transit: Every effort is made to ensure your goods leave us in perfect condition. On the very rare occasion, goods can be damaged whilst in transport. Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If the boxes is damaged upon arrival, or upon inspection the goods themselves are damaged, then if required to sign for the goods please indicate they are damaged on the delivery note when signing for them and then contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either despatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.
Returns Process: As stated above, if for any reason you are unhappy you may return the item to us. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return your item. We will raise an RMA number for you which you will use on the outer side of your packaging. You have a further 7 days to return the items to use once the RMA number is approved and sent to you. Therefore please re-package the items safely and display your RMA number clearly on the outer side of the parcel. All items are returned at your own risk. We advise, where possible, for you to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage, in the event that your item does not reach us.
